Michael Van Heel, Managing Partner
Michael oversees the operations of the entire business, and provides personal development, support and tools to the senior management team. He also provides direction and support for strategic planning.

Throughout his career, Michael has participated in all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, brokerage, asset management, property management, leasing, development and tenant representation.

Gregory A. Heinemann, Chief executive officer
As CEO of Vantage Point Partners, Greg not only sets the vision of the company, he also guides the strategic goals and objectives of our clients. Greg thrives on getting to the strategic core of our clients’ real estate investment goals, and directs the team to see to it each and every one is met. He’s also a skilled and proven negotiator, facilitating all our strategic alliances and joint ventures. Greg brings together the right people with the right expertise to ensure each deal is a win-win. With Greg at the helm, Vantage Point Partner’s managed portfolio cash flow has increased by $2 million dollars in just two years.

Before joining Vantage Point Partners, Greg was the Director of Finance & Administration for a software developer based in southeastern Wisconsin. In addition to corporate financier responsibilities, he handled negotiations and contracts with Fortune 500 Chief Information Officers.

Wayne Elam, Executive Vice President
As executive vice president at Vantage Point Partners, Wayne is responsible for expanding the company’s client base, developing client relations and exploring new business opportunities.

Wayne has an extensive background in commercial construction and development. He works with clients and key stakeholders to define objectives, create innovative strategies and obtain desired results.

Prior to joining the Vantage Point Partners team, Wayne served as Vice President of Business Development for a general contractor in Minnesota. He was an integral part of the company’s growth, which was recognized as one of the Fastest Growing Private Companies in MN. Before that, he was Director of Business Development for a national contractor and provided Business Development for offices in 5 U.S. states.

Wayne serves on the policy and government affairs committee for NAIOP. He serves as board chair of the Wright County Community Health Foundation and serves on the board for Wright County Economic Development Partnership and also the Monticello Industrial and Economic Development Committee.

Dennis Meadows, Senior Property Manager, CPM, RPA, FMA
As the senior property manager at Vantage Point Partners, Dennis has property management and lease administration responsibilities for more than 665,000 square feet of commercial properties in the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities. Dennis is also responsible for managing the physical due diligence process for acquisitions and dispositions.

In addition to overseeing property management at Vantage Point Partners, Dennis is responsible for the maintenance department, ensuring quick response and quality work at every site.

Before joining Vantage Point Partners, Dennis was a General Manager at United Properties, where he had direct property management responsibilities for two suburban office towers with more than 380,000 square feet, and a 70,000-square-foot medical building. He also had a supervisory role for property management professionals with more than 1.3 million square feet of Class A and B office buildings and office/showroom properties.
