CHARLES J. VAN HEEL, FOUNDER

Chuck is a founder, partner and customer of Vantage Point Partners. He’s a veteran of dozens of successful real estate partnerships, having started his first business in 1975. With over three decades of experience, Chuck is a walking database of knowledge, delivering the performance-driven perspectives that have enabled our partners to consistently achieve their strategic investment goals.

Paula Thomson is a 16 year veteran with Vantage Point Partners and is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting. Paula has played a crucial role in developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements for tenants and stakeholders. Paula oversees the accounting department and is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Paula and the accounting staff address tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities. With over 15 commercial properties managed by Vantage Point Partners, Paula and her staff are accustomed to working on multiple projects with multiple reporting needs. Paula realizes that timely, accurate reporting is a key necessity in the commercial real estate world and is masterful in providing strong communications both written and verbal.

Mike Mord has been with Vantage Point Partners commercial property management since 1989 and is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of each property managed. Mike is proficient at preventative maintenance, asset preservation the management and maintenance of all commercial properties to the satisfaction of the building owners and tenants.

Given that our overall mission is to ensure the provision of a high quality service that exceeds customer expectations Mike maintains an exceptional customer focus towards both owners and tenants.

Mike is accustomed to working in a team environment and demonstrating commitment and loyalty and has the ability to work as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with Vantage Point Partners’ policies and procedures, keeping in mind the overall business objectives for all properties managed.

CHRIS WEBER, ADMINSTRATIVE AND ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Chris Weber joined Vantage Point Partners in March of 2018 and is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency while maintaining accurate administrative and accounting records. Chris brings with her strong professional knowledge and experience in all facets of accounting and office management facilitation. Chris provides administrative support and direction, as well as quick, timely submission of monthly/annual asset specific reporting.
